"Two bedroom townhouse"

The townhouse is an actual townhouse located behind the motel. You can reach it by walking on a path behind the motel or driving around. It feels like having your own home in Christchurch. The place is very spacious and a great deal. It is less than a five-minute to from the Westfield mall. The hotel manager did it all, from checking us in to answering questions to even cleaning the rooms. This is surely a sign of the times, with workers so hard to find, and I was really impressed with his service and attention to detail.

Nice, tidy and warm. Beds comfy too. Simple but was sufficient for what we needed. Right near Westfields shopping centre (200m), and only 12-15 mins to airport. Staff were polite and helpful. Good value for money.

Marco goes the extra mile to make your stay so comfortable. He had put the heater on for my arrival which was so appreciated on a chilly winters night. Handy location with off street parking and shops nearby. Always clean, comfortable accommodation and happy to recommend.

"Luxury and affordable"

We love love love!! This hotel it’s the only place we stay every few months. Clean, tidy warm and very friendly staff, walking distance to the mall is a big bonus. We were able to upgrade our room to a spa suite without a problem.
