Lovely gardens and numerous outdoor areas- some around pools and others in garden areas……. Staff were all lovely- very friendly, polite and helpful. Location was good …. next to Waterbom Park, Discovery Shopping centre and lots of restaurant/pub options for food

Rooms very tired……. especially the bathrooms which are quite small. Surprised not to be offered a body lotion amongst complimentary toiletries…….
