Club Hotel Agni

O hotel de um modo geral é bom, a localização é excelente bem na avenida principal, eu e meu noivo visitamos os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Os funcionários são prestativos, e falam inglês o que nos ajudou bastante. Ponto a melhorar no quarto poderia ter blecaute. Fora isso a nossa estadia foi maravilhosa.

The hotel itself is minimally adequate; the rooms are small and a bit threadbare, and the amenities are spartan, but it is clean and serviceable. The front desk staff was not very pleasant or accommodating. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Nevsky Prospekt

Convenient location close to main railway station. My room on second floor is in the back far from lobby and need to go up to 3rd floor and down to 2nd floor by stair. Lucky that my luggage not heavy.

I wasn't informed that hotel located at 2nd floor and I needed to get all my bags out again in 2nd floor to check-in. When we got rooms keys no service was provided to help with our luggage. Few minutes later we "discovered" multiple stairs on our way on 3rd floor up and down not elevated with the elevator. Room were so small, that you can't move or have a room to open your bags to unpuck. No 2nd chair in the rooms. After we complained, we were offered complementary dessert. When we wanted to claim it - we've been told we can get it only after 10am. Next time we got after 10am to claim our dessert, but been told to get back after 1pm. We gave up on tit.

Erittäin viihtyisä perushotelli ydinkeskustassa

Loistava sijainti Mayakovskaya-metroasemaa vastapäätä. Hotellin lähellä paljon hyviä ruokaravintoloita. Hotellin aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Huoneessa oli ilmastointi, mikä oli iso plussa liki kolmenkymmenen asteen helteillä. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja mahdollistivat meille huoneen saamisen jo aamupäivällä heti hotellille saavuttuamme, ilman mitään lisämaksuja.

The location is right off Nevsky, one of main arteries in SPB. There are plenty of restaurants and shops etc around within short distance. Breakfast buffet is nice, room is good, sizeable, wifi works all great and help desk is very friendly helpful.

Weather was rainy but city was amazing, good hotel, i like it

The hotel is located in Nevsky street where the city never sleeps. You have everything around you. Restaurants, cafes, bars, bus stops, shops,... Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, staff are friendly The only problem for us with a baby push chair was there are steps inside the main corridor so I had to hold the push chair up every time. There is free tea, coffee and water in the restaurant all day long 24h Nearest metro station is about 15 minutes walk but bus stops are closer I recommend this hotel
