This hotel stay went downhill fast. No one at check-in desk, after several minutes of very loud ‘hello’s’ a young man wandered out from the back. Walking down the hallway to room, found men’s underwear on floor just outside our 4th floor room. Not only was the hallway dirty, empty snack bag under table in room. Later in evening discovered No Hot water at sink. Wish I could upload photos. The breakfast was not good compared to many other Holiday inn Expresses I’ve stayed out. The only good thing is the location.
