The breakfast hygiene should be improved.

A 5 star hotel in an industrial city. I stayed here for 10 days because I was visiting my wife's family. The staff remembered me quickly, and provided me excellent service. No lines at check-in and check-out was quick. Staff always greeted me when I enter and left the building. The best part about this place is their breakfast buffet. The Western dishes are standard fare, but my favorite is their Chinese dishes. In addition, while I was there I actually see the staff clean the coffee machine at the buffet. Which is a rare sight in other hotels. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you have a reason to be in this city.

The views from the Lake View rooms were nice, the beds were comfy and breakfast was really nice. We didn’t have time to use the pool/spa/tennis courts but it looked very nice when we went to have a look. There is a mall about a 5min walk away.

The smell! We’d booked 2x non-smoking rooms and both rooms we were assigned stank of smoke. The staff were super helpful in changing room for us but the next couple of rooms we were shown also stank of smoke. Not their fault that guests are smoking in non- smoking rooms but it means that most of the building smells like excessive room freshener layered over smoke which is extremely unpleasant for a non smoker. The rooms are also a bit dated and tired. This is an incredibly expensive hotel for China and after staying for two nights, I don’t think the cost is justified.

I like the staff only they trying to do their best to help and provide the good quality of support.

The room the worst very bad smell changed the room even upgraded but still the same smell. When it was raining I smelled the same odor around the hotel. Old furnace all the faculty are out dated. This really effects intercontinental hotels image that I know. I cannot advice it to any ones renovation is required. Oh, no one help you are the entrance, help your self.

Amazing room upgrade! Javin helped me checkin. She is so friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is lucky to have her. My room, view breakfast all superior. Hate to leave!
