I specifically booked a standard queen suite but was given a studio with one small double bed. When showing the staff my reservation confirmation they said there was nothing they could do as the hotel was booked. They didn’t even offer a discount. They were rude. I will NEVER be back and recommend anyone else to look for a different option.

We had just crossed the border after a 2,555-mile trip to Canada and needed a comfortable, homey and relaxing place before our next day of travel. So did our pets. Comfort Inn was perfect. We deserved the room through the app and got a great price. Desk staffer was friendly, empathetic and helpful. I highly recommend this Inn. Comfortable is the perfect description of it.
