The overall stay was great! We had to wait an hour to check into our room even though I had a reservation since January. But the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic!

The reason I booked this location was because of the inside pool

The pool room was freezing and the jacuzzi kept cutting on and off staff said the bottom was broken. The room to my door was also off it was hard to close it etc but other than that it was fine

The hallways had a weird smell, didn’t provide free breakfast or water bottles in the room, and no cameras in the parking lot. Our vehicle got broken into.

The morning that we were getting ready to leave the fire alarm system started to go off in our room. I believe the shower steam set off the alarm system, and it went on and off for about 30 minutes. I turned down the temperature in the room and finally the system turned off.
