خدمة ممتازة جداً و التعامل جداً راقي و يرتقي ل 5 نجوم و زيادة حصل لخبطة بسيطة و لكن عوضوني عن هذة اللخبطة لدرجة انو بحمد الله انو صارت اللهبطة

لا يوجد اماكن كافيه مغطيه للشمس والتعامل واستلام الغرف كان متاخر

هذه اول مرة لي في هذا المكان، قضيت 6 ايام بصراحة رح اعتمد المكان. مريح جدا، برك السباحة حلوة والاهم مثل مافي بركة للعائلات في بركة ممنوع الاطفال فيها وهذا اشي مريح جدا، امكانية الوصول لاي مكان في تالا بيه سواء السوبرماركت او المطاعم بتخليك مش بحاجة لتطلع برا، وصار معنا موقف بسيط بس اكدلنا انه الادارة الجديدة من اروع ما يمكن ابتداء من السيد فادي نمري مدير الفندق والسيد سيف الاحمد مهتمين جدا بارضاء النزلاء ورفع مستوى الخدمات لاعلى، وموظفين الاستقبال بصراحة خلوقين تحديدا السيد بشير من اول لحظة استقباله بخليك مرتاح، وحتى موظفات خدمة الغرف رائعين. شكرا للفندق ويعتمد للنزلات القادمة كلها This was my first time visiting this place, and I spent 6 days here. Honestly, this is now my go-to destination. It is incredibly comfortable, and the swimming pools are wonderful. Most importantly, just as there is a family pool, there is also an adults-only pool where children are not allowed, which is very relaxing. ​The accessibility to everything within Tala Bay—whether the supermarket or the restaurants—means you never need to step outside. We encountered a minor situation during our stay, but it only proved to us how wonderful the new management is. Starting with the Hotel Manager, Mr. Fadi Nimri, and Mr. Saif Al-Ahmad, they are deeply committed to guest satisfaction and raising service standards to the highest level. ​The reception staff are incredibly polite and well-mannered, especially Mr. Bashir, whose warm welcome makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment. Even the housekeeping ladies were wonderful. Thank you to the hotel, and this will definitely be my approved choice for all future trips!

​تقييم ممتاز لتجربة استثنائية! ​قضيت إقامة رائعة وممتعة جداً في منتجع غراوند تالا بي في العقبة. الخدمة كانت تفوق التوقعات، والأجواء مريحة ومميزة للغاية طوال فترة الإقامة. ​أود أن أتوجه بخالص الشكر والتقدير لإدارة المنتجع، وعلى رأسها مدير المنتجع السيد فادي، على حسن التنظيم والحرص الواضح على راحة الضيوف. كما أشكر جميع العاملين في المطاعم والكافيهات على احترافيتهم وبشاشتهم، وأخص بالشكر المبدعين: محمد، أحمد، أبرار، أيمن، ووعد على خدمتهم الاستثنائية التي جعلت من زيارتنا تجربة لا تُنسى. ​بالتأكيد لن تكون هذه زيارتي الأخيرة، وأنصح الجميع بزيارة هذا المنتجع الراقي.

Very nice hotel, good clean rooms, delicious breakfast and veeeeery kind and attentive stuff!!! We had fun and joy even in the breakfast with the smiles of Abrar and Ahmad, welcoming and ready to help in anything! Big pools, nice view from the room and to the sea, corals with fishes 2 meter from beach so you can see them with your eyes. The only thing is the stones on the beach, so the enterance is not much comfortable, but you can use a pontoon.
