بشكل عام كانت الإقامة جيدة نوعًا ما، والفندق كبير ومرافقه جميلة والتعامل من الموظفين كان لطيف ومحترم. لكن كفندق خمس نجوم، هناك ملاحظات مهمة جدًا يجب أخذها بعين الاعتبار، وأهمها النظافة التي كانت للأسف دون المستوى المطلوب سواء في الغرف، الحمامات، المرافق أو حتى المسابح. كذلك الفرش وأغطية السرير لم تكن نظيفة وكانت رائحتها غير جيدة رغم طلب تغييرها أكثر من مرة. أيضًا الجاكوزي لم تكن مياهه دافئة، وهذا يعتبر من الأساسيات في فندق خمس نجوم. أما الفطور، فلم يكن متنوعًا بالشكل المتوقع وجودة الطعام كانت عادية جدًا وليست بمستوى فندق خمس نجوم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان هناك عدم وضوح وتنسيق بين موظفي الريسبشن، حيث كان كل موظف يعطي سعرًا مختلفًا بخصوص تمديد الإقامة، وهذا الأمر كان مزعجًا ومربكًا. Overall, the stay was fairly good. The hotel is large, the facilities are nice, and the staff were generally polite and friendly. However, for a 5-star hotel, there are several important points that should be improved. The biggest issue was cleanliness, which was unfortunately below expectations in the rooms, bathrooms, facilities, and even the pools. The bed sheets and covers were also not clean and had an unpleasant smell, even after requesting a replacement more than once. In addition, the jacuzzi water was not warm, which is considered a basic expectation for a 5-star hotel. As for the breakfast buffet, it lacked variety and the food quality was average, not at the expected 5-star level. Also, there was a lack of alignment between the reception staff, as each employee provided different prices regarding extending the stay, which was confusing and inconvenient.
