Everything was pretty well maintained. The beds were comfortable, staff friendly and warm breakfast served with a smile.

Carpets could use a cleaning in the common areas and the pillows needed to be laundered or replaced because they had an odor.

Just about everything at the Chateau was really good. Staff especially are wonderful, helpful people. We enjoyed the traditional furnishings.

The only negative things were: 1. one of two elevators was out of service during our stay. But the wait-times were not really too bad. 2. One morning, my scrambled eggs were very mushy. My wife's eggs were better. So, it's just nit-picky stuff. We enjoyed this hotel, and would return to it.
