"Pause détente sur notre route des vacances "

Chambre confortable et propre (un plus l’accès façon motel), espace spa très agréable, excellent petit déjeuner varié. Nous avons été accueilli par un jeune homme agréable et très serviable. Il est aise de découvrir la région depuis l’hôtel.

The hotel was modern, clean, everybody was friendly. The spa area was great. There was lot of traffic, but a nice zoo next to the hotel.

"nicht zu empfehlen ausser man ist schwerhörig"

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hundefreundlich, jedoch hat es das Personal nicht interessiert, dass wir eine Nacht früher abgereist sind (nicht nachgefragt). Daneben hat es ein Zoo mit ganz vielen Vögeln, die bereits um 04.00 Uhr einen riesigen Krach machten. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man hört alles von draussen von der Strasse und vom Hotel, zudem sind die Türen alles andere als dicht und klackern die ganze Zeit. Der beheizte Pool drinnen, der im Spa-Bereich liegt, ist überfüllt mit Kindern und lädt nicht zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück ist gut, das einzige was uns etwas enttäuscht hat, ist, dass der Orangensaft aus Konzentrat war und nicht frisch, obschon Erntezeit war.

Hotel moderno e carino. Buona la colazione, presente anche latte senza lattosio o vegetale. Bella la spa, anche se purtroppo l'ho trovata un po' affollata. Ottimo il ristorante.

"Molto pulito e accogliente "

Hotel molto ben curato, con particolare attenzione agli ospiti. Camere belle spaziose, con entrata dall'hotel ma anche dall'esterno direttamente. Parcheggio di fronte alla propria camera gratuito. Bagno con set molto ricco e se hai dimenticato qualcosa basta chiedere in reception. La SPA è piccolina ma con dei bei colori. La colazione varia ma nulla di speciale, i dolci tutti freddi. Personale disponibile.

Wellness hotel at the limits of Varese city, close to lakeside (Capolago) and related parks. Wide , well furnished (wooden rural , not modern), large baths and shower. Great breakfast including fresh fruit, sweets, dairy and some meat items. The huge gym&wellness area, as well as the outdoor garden pool (summer only) are the pearl of the place. FYI - spa area closes at 20.00 a bit too early maybe. FYI - facility is member of Best Western BW Collection. Also this time a guarantee for great service and top facilities.
