Heritage Park Hotel

The room was very clean, both inside and out. However, the internet connectivity was poor despite being available, and the TV was turned on but not user-friendly. On a positive note, the staff were excellent. Overall, the hotel price felt too high for the level of service provided.

It has been 2 years since my last visit and the hotel demonstrates its capacity to continually improve and impress. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Hotel rooms have beautiful decor, are well maintained extremely clean and fresh. The tropical gardens have grown more lush and full of flowers which are also tastefully displayed in the guest rooms, making the guest feel even more welcome. The facilities are modern and well maintained, including a new gym, with experienced staff, and the recently opened Zen Zone Spa. I had a massage at the spa and it was excellent. I highly recommend a visit. There is a range of restaurants and bars providing food and beverages of very high quality and professional service. It is so relaxing to sit in the Splash Bar and pool area, looking out over the bay. Congratulations to the management team and staff for the great job you do in making guests feel welcome and cared for.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Heritage Park Hotel. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very attentive. If we needed a towel for the pool, it was delivered promptly. The restaurants at the hotel were very good. We found many entrées to be quite large, but staff had no problem with us sharing. The hotel wi-fi was very good. It was nice having access to a comfortable pool for cooling off.

Wonderful resort , great ammenities. Friendly lovely professional staff. Short solo trip to Solomon Islands , first of many. Walking distance to many Honiara attractions and shops. You pre arrange with taxi drivers for a day trip to see Gualdacanal island. Nice weather during the stay , warm but cloudy. Honiara is safe and locals are helpful. As usual use common sense, do not over drink outside hotel. Enjoy life !!!

The rooms at the Heritage Park Hotel WOW us whenever we holiday or have a long stay with there. Colors, textures, and furniture styles create a cohesive and visually appealing space. Immaculately clean with bright white soft beddings, extra pillows (we love pillows), top kitchen facilities and the part that we adore when we check in are the sweet smelling, beautiful and freshly plucked tropical flowers! The different colours are a joy. The green display in a vase, atop the bathroom vanity - love that! ❤️ Comfort is key! I also appreciate the good iron and large ironing board. Private laundry (washing machine and dryer in the executive suites) are very useful. There is a laundry portable rack on the balcony. Sky blue towels for the pools are located in the rooms for further convenience! One can't boast enough about the way the bed, living space and bathrooms are finely decorated with flowers, you'll witness a wonderful rhythm of flora meets water. We love the Heritage everytime we are there for a delicious meal, coffee break or a much needed holiday. Flowers contain a special greeting on their own, similar to the fresh cool juice whilst checking in at the front reception! Ordering room service comes with a fresh frangipani and top service. Congratulations to Mr.Sanjay, the General Manager masters "the details" whilst possessing a humble yet enviable management leadership to produce daily wins for the many!! An excellent property for international professionals who are considering traveling to Honiara for work or personal trips. You feel secure, and the restaurant serves the best prepared, delicious meals in Honiara.

Centrally located; nice and clean room; helpful staff. Definitely come back again.

Great location

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Decent gym. Very nice pool. Restaurant is fine. Best place to stay in Honiara. It’s not cheap however.
