Siegel Select Casa Grande

I booked my stay with this hotel through Expedia. Upon arrival, i was informed there some sort of "glitch" in their system and I did not a room even though I had a reservation number. I have tried my best to reach Expedia for this past week but cannot get any means of communication to them. I have used Expedia for many years on my travels, but this may be my last. The attendant at the hotel was rather rude and simply stated "we have no rooms". I won't go back. Overall, it was a miserable experience.

The associate that evening was so amazing she was extremely helpful and kind.

I could eat reach anyone to checking in ruined my trip

Disabled room is over 1/2 bathroom. No furniture. Just a bed.

Room was a little run down. chips missing on counter, cocking on wall coming off, shower drain rusty, table scratched up, missing toilet paper holder. I'm glad I hade a scooter to get around instead of using my crutches. Room was a far from elevator on second floor. Ramp for handicap was blocked by vehicle and very steep.

Staff was very helpful and nice.

I lost my driver's license...had a pic n many more thing to identify me they didn't receive me n I lost all my money....my dilemma carries me to quality inn an they took me with what I provided n I got to stay there at a cheaper rate..I'll go there from now on

Absolutely Nothing!

Multiple things. First off, we couldn't even find the front door because there weren't Any lights on. So, we drove around the complex. It was very sketchy & we didn't feel safe. When we made it to the front, we noticed the office door. It was completely locked with no lights on. Then a person walked out from parking lot asking why we were there. I gave him our name for checking in. He walked in the door & left us locked out. When he came out, he said that my card was declined. I know 1000% that there was no way it would be declined. That ended up being a blessing in desguise.we we went across the street & ended up having a great stay in the Super 8!

Never cleaned our room in 5 days even though I asked. No blanket, kitchenette with no dishes, silver glasses, anything! Some workers were friendly some weren’t
