Easy to find, nice clean rooms, friendly staff, felt safe, reasonable prices, breakfast included.

If I was just being picky I would say the parking lot is small, but they weren’t full when we stayed.

Always beautiful, spotless, very accommodating staff. We do a prison ministry and need to leave a few minutes after 6:00, staff is always generous about opening up the coffee at least for us.

Yes, I understand clearly that during my one-day stay, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Since that's the case, please update the website to notify potential guests. The photos might be misleading. I could have gone to the front desk, but after a 12-hour drive, I didn’t want to waste time. I was exhausted. What could they do at that point? Move me to another room—big deal. The key point is that someone stayed in this room many times before me, and housekeeping should have noticed the same issues I saw. So again, why bother going to the front desk when they are already aware of the room’s condition? As a Platinum Elite member, you would expect better service; however, it didn't matter here because of the Brand, but rather the owner. I also didn’t even receive a courtesy email after my visit, asking, "How was your stay with us?" to provide feedback. I later realized that it is because this brand hotel already knows the kind of response it would get. I had to write this review on Google.
