This hotel put in a policy that they will charge you an extra night if you check out early; even if you notify them the night before. I was not informed about this at check in. They make it difficult to notify them before 4 pm about checking out early when most of the area outside of town has no cell service. They then don’t provide you with an invoice showing the extra night charged and don’t provide a matching credit card receipt. So these extra night charges are going unaccounted.
