Best Western PLUS Mirage Hotel and Resort

Lots of parking. Clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet. Nice hotel but the jacuzzi looked pretty beat. Had lots of repairs. Didnt even get in it. Too dilapidated looking 😂 other than that not bad. Should of got a regular room

Due to a change in my credit cards, which i used to book through a third-party app, I arrived to learn my room wasn't reserved. The staff member booked me into a room near my friend's room and signed me up for the points program to reduce the room's cost.

We booked the place so our children could enjoy the pool, however we found out at arrival that the pool area doesn’t open until after 4pm each day. With check out att 11, the kids will not get that swimming time now.

Couldn't be more disappointed 😞 The only good thing I can report is the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. This is definitely not a 230 dollar a night hotel..I have major regret at my choice to splurge on something that is definitely not a splurge at all. The restaurant was one of the most underwhelming and frustrating dining experiences of my life! We were the first to be sat, and the last to get our food. Couldn't order a drink after the first one. It was my 44th birthday dinner and I couldn't even last to dessert I was so irritated by just sitting. The food was not great. Half the mussels we ordered didn't open, so a big waste. The steak was half the size it was stated to be, and was really subpar flavour. ..I've had better at Montanas. Fact So after a very disappointing meal, we thought lets hit the pool and try to salvage this birthday celebration... we quickly found out the pool isnt just for hotel guests and they allow the community members to pay a fee to come in. This might be fine on a Sunday afternoon or Wednesday evening, but on a Friday night when you have vacation guests in your hotel who might want to use the pool? Terrible idea. We could not even use the pool because it was full of non hotel guests. So back to the room we go...through a hallway reaking of cigarette smoke. No one cares enough to make sure thats not happening clearly. At this point, we decide to just call it a night. Major disappointment. Will skip High Level entirely next time.

The staff were friendly to the point of being charismatic. The breakfast was very good and the beds were super comfortable. The best sleep I had on the whole trip.

There was no water in the room and the vending machine took our money and would not give it back. We put $3 in and the machine said we had $1 credit but would return no change and dispense no water.

Comfortable bed. Kids loved the pool
