Emplacement parfait, personnel attentif et a l'écoute, jardin magnifique petit déjeuner varié et bon .merci a toute l'équipe, nous avons passé un séjour agréable, nous recommandons.

The private hamamm / pool that came with the room was fantastic for the kids. Breakfast spread was amazing and the hotel staff went above and beyond to provide assistance when my infant son fell I’ll (they cooked special food and lent a thermometer).

El lugar es de ensueño, todo al mínimo detalle. El desayuno magnífico entra por los ojos y enriquece el paladar. El personal extremadamente amable, atento y profesional. Un lujo de lugar lleno de atención y detalles. Su restaurante también muy bueno

Excellent place. Staff is very friendly and professional. I loved the old style ottoman rooms with modern bathroom etc. Food was exellent. Very enjoyable overall

This is an excellent boutique hotel! It is small with only 8 rooms of different sizes ranging from the executive suite to the standard room. Very personalised service from check-in to dining. It also has an excellent view of Bursa depending on which facing room you book. The only challenge is getting to the hotel from the main road. It requires climbing zillions of stairs….hit the gym before booking😂

The property was very well situated and really comfortable with a lovely ambiance. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Dinner in the evening was in the garden and excellent as was breakfast the following day. we would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Bursa gain
