"Great Location and Wonderful Staff."

This was the friendliest and most responsive staff I have ever encountered. I especially appreciated their response and quick refund when we had to leave a day early. Also the twin duvets were amazingly perfect in weight and cuddliness.

The rooms need at least one comfortable chair rather than the trendy one they have. The cafe is marginal.

Bed was very comfortable and the duvet was perfect! Decor was very cool and I loved the dog-friendly vibe - with stuffed dog on the bed and beautiful dog robes :-). Also loved the StayPineapple water bottle that I got to keep!!! The location was good with nearby access to the Seattle Center in front of the hotel with the Museum of Pop Art and Chihuly Gardens. Convenient train to Downtown Seattle.

A little far from Pike Place.

"Dishonest pricing"

Decent hotel. Great location. Nice shower. Cute decor. Staff was great.

Dishonest pricing. Mandatory “amenity fee” not included in room rate makes hotel look like a really good bargain, but when you add $30 a day for “fees” it’s not. Then they charge $42 a day just to park your car (not valet parking), which makes the room rate $72 more than advertised. This is dishonest. They should be ashamed of themselves.
