Great location approx one block from Commercial Street. Peaceful and quiet but close to the action. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. The gardens at the hotel were lovely. Will definitely stay here again.

"Very friendly personal, nice hotel, price performance probably typical for Provincetown"

The position of the hotel was perfect, close to restaurants and transportation, yet quiet. The personal is very friendly, but Spanish language skills are required to communicate with them.

The breakfast was a bit uninspired. We expected more comfort for the high price and the high rating on booking.com The blinds did not cut out the daylight completely. Light was shining in also from the door gaps all around the door. We could hear every word of moderate conversation from neighboring rooms. When the room neighbors were flushing their toilet, it sounded like sewage running through our room.
