Location, staff and the cleanliness.

The television wasn’t working upon arrival/check-in for me to connect to mirroring. Overall not a user friendly service.

"Worst Trip!! So much for a birthday getaway!"

The shower was freezing! The check in guy messed up my reservation removed 2 days, charged my card 3 times, told me I had to leave after depleting my bank accounts and I had to call corporate the next morning to be able to stay! The handle on out stove top was broken and ill likely never stay at a Hyatt again due to the awful treatment at check in!

"Clean and reliable close to what I needed. It is a convenient place to stay."

The bed and bathroom were great. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is clean and the shower. All the pressure was weird. It was good.

The furniture is dated an old and chipped and needs to be replaced. The mini fridge hummed that kept me up the first night .

"Hotel stay"

The property is nice and clean. The breakfast is very good. The room was comfortable and clean. However, the guests above me had children running around and banging all night so it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. I understand that children are going to be children, but parents don’t parent anymore. Hotels should do a better job at placing guests with children on the first floor to ensure guests aren’t disturbed.
