Coconut Palm Inn

Wonderful stay at Coconut Palm. We had a pool side room, the outdoor seating area was perfect for us. Bed was super comfy. Pool area was very well kept though would have been perfect if pool was a little cooler! We used the kayaks and paddle boards, and fishing equipment

Was a great value and very clean. The staff was very accommodating, everything you need without the hussle and lots of elbow room.

Kids friendly and the wild life

We have had a fantastic 3 night stay here with our 3 children (15, 13 & 9yrs) The accommodation was clean and comfortable and charmingly presented. Veronica welcomed us from the moment we arrived and was so accommodating and thoughtful throughout our stay. Tracy looked after our every need - nothing was too much trouble and they both went above and beyond, with a subtle presence and a happy manner. It was apparent that this place is cared for and the experience of their guests really matters to them. Our children fished from dawn until dusk. They enjoyed the pool and absolutely loved the evening fire pit and smores, as did we. The decked porch area outside our accommodation was private and peaceful. It made a perfect place for relaxing and watching the local wildlife. We were lucky enough to see dolphins in the bay. We really cannot fault this beautifully run, simple and charming establishment. The morning delivery of muffins and fruit with help yourself coffee provided was just lovely. It felt quite magical.

Don’t go there if you are expecting a relaxing and quit atmosphere. The few rooms were taken over by large family with tons of kids screaming in the pool past 10 pm. Supervising adults are drunk and equally loud. Advertisement at various websites are wrong. No welcome drink, no evening wine. The breakfast tray had sugar loaded muffins and 2 cheap apples. The water is DiRTY. We kayaked and saw poop swimming around. This is NOT a high quality resort but an overpriced place we will never visit again.

Beautifully situated, small and friendly. Great staff. Nice facilities including fishing rods and kayaks Only negatives were that the bed linen felt old which was a shame as the beds were very comfortable indeed. The final negative is that a slightly curled up muffin does not constitute breakfast . I would say either do it properly, or don’t do it at all ! However we love it here and will return
