We had booked a reservation with Country Inn & Suites for graduation at Texas A&M University, but our nephew found out one week before graduation, that he wasn't going to be able to graduate. We had booked through Booking.com, and when we tried to cancel, they didn't follow through, and we were charged for the room, although we notified them of the cancellation. When I called Country Inn & Suites, I got Julissa on the phone and she was AWESOME! She verified for us, that they never received the cancellation notice and that will allow us to get our money refunded from Booking.com. Thank you, Julissa.... GREAT job!!
