Very spacious, clean, perfect location. Time was taken to make it a comfortable place to vacation! So much better than a hotel room.

The room was great but the washer and dryer didnt work. Besides that the overall experience was great!

Nice condo in a great location right on the bay! Beautiful large balcony with plenty of seating! Stocked with pots and pans and utensils for dining in. Only complaint would be one of the couches was a little ripped up and could use some updating but other than that I would stay again!

The property was new to me and upon arrival I found the a/c heating unit fairly swaddled in wet towels. There was water dripping down into the unit pan which was full. I called to report it to nice a lady who had been told it was fixed and help was called. There were a/c drain clogs thru the entire building down to under the parking lot. The plumber had to re-pipe the building for the fix and restoration was required for the water. Plus, where in Maryland is recycling not required. Right by our precious oceans and bays no recycle bins on site and styrofoam is still in use.

The kitchen was poorly equipped. The pans had broken handles and the stove drip pans had food in them and only three burners worked. Closet doors were broken and off track. Have rented many time share units and this one was very disappointing.

Stayed here for Ocean City Bike Week. I personally thought it was the perfect location because it was right in the middle of the "strip".

Well, let me start by saying that this place was difficult for me before we even arrived!! We moved our dates and ended up being charged for old dates, cancel fees that we weren't supposed to have. I believe I talked with kees call center at least 10 times altogether! They still messed up our charges in the end. For this reason, I will never stay at one of their locations again!! As for the condo....it was dated, the vacuum did not have a belt, I did not receive one until our last day. The cleanliness was just ok!! The carpet was very old and stained. we vacationed with 2 other families and their condo's were more updated. The pool was great! Location was great!

The location was what we thought of. The Rom its self was shabby. The floors were worn the kitchen cabinets were hung crooked holes in the walls patched but not painted the shower from the unit above us was leaking between the walls when in use the towel racks in the bathroom were falling of the wall the blow dryer did not work somebody vomited in front of our entry door prior to our arrival and it was not cleaned up still when we left there was drug transactions in the parking area of the condo. This is an outline of what we seen God only knows what else there was that we did not see. Will not return to ocean city ever again. Scratched this rental from our list. No more!

Generally the condo felt not clean, carpet was dirty, frayed. Kitchen floor had a big yellow stain. There were holes in the wall. Furniture was scratched and cheap. Counter tops and night stands needed to be cleaned by us when we arrived.First day refrigerator made so much noise you couldn't hear the TV, it was replaced the next day. Very disappointed. Looks like they use stock photos when the place was new.
