"Good, Can be Better"

The TV isnt connected to WIFI, which was really unpleasant and we got bored as compared to other properties, they have these facilities. Breakfast can have more options. Missed on Mumbai specialty menu.

"Disappointing Service and Unresolved Refund"

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration with the management and finance team at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai. I have been chasing a refund for two months, and the experience has been nothing short of unprofessional. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have been repeatedly stonewalled with the same generic response: "We will check with the finance team and get back to you." Most recently: Sunday: I spoke with Prathamesh, who admitted that his team had made an error and failed to forward the refund request to the finance department. He promised an email confirmation that the refund had finally been initiated. I never received that email. Today: I spoke with Ashish, who offered no new information and simply repeated that he would "check and get back to me." It is unacceptable for a Marriott property to hold a guest's money for 60 days due to internal negligence and then fail to provide any written documentation or a clear timeline for the resolution. The lack of ownership and communication has been the worst experience I’ve had with this brand. I have officially decided to boycott this hotel and would warn others to be cautious regarding any financial transactions or refunds with this property. I am still waiting for my money to be credited.

Amazing experience….abhijeet , pankaj, tanmay every one is there to make u feel home and they help u at every step. Love this place. Highly recommended. This is my second stay here and the hotel is bang on target of hospitality. Wpuld come back again for sure
