It was nice room and breakfast was very good with lot of varieties combination of American and Indian food. Mr.zakir hospitality was very nice

Mr. Aizat at the front desk was so courteous and made our stay comfortable with a big smile on face. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable, and the sleep quality was excellent.

It's always a pleasure to encounter individuals who radiate warmth and friendliness. The staff's demeanor often sets the tone for a pleasant stay overall. Furthermore, the hotel itself appears to be well-maintained and inviting. The rooms, in particular, should offer a comfortable space to relax. This creates a conducive environment for a memorable experience. The hotel's overall ambiance seems quite promising.

Located in Kuah Rooms are huge, bathroom fittings were ok with some being defective, few furniture pieces were delicate and had creaky sound with even slight touch. Staff is good and helpful. They say they have indian restaurant inhouse but that is just for name sake. Very limited items under vegetarion options. There is a tour package desk if you want to rent a bike or book a tour package (although cost is slightly higher than cenang, I would highly recommend for bike rentals. I took one on rent and my experience was very good. Easy pickup and drop off). Nearby: Eagle square (Dataran Lang), Kuah Jetty, Maha Tower, Billion dollar duty free shop. Indian Retaurant Taj Palace is also nearby.

Bella Vista Waterfront Langkawi offers a grand, old-world charm and a fantastic location near the city with breathtaking waterfront views. However, the overall hospitality from staff—especially in the restaurant and housekeeping—falls short of expectations for the price, though a few exceptional employees like Qaymmia Zaki Ibrahim stand out. While the setting is incredible, improved service could truly elevate the guest experience.
