This is the fourth time I’ve stayed in this particular hotel. And I stayed here a year ago. The previous three visits were positive. It is crazy how far it has fallen in twelve months. The maintenance has fallen off to a standard well below the Hampton Inn brand standards. The room was okay but not well maintained. The pool, hot tub and gym have done way down hill from previous stays.
The room smelt really moldy, there were dead bugs in the bathroom which I guess is fine because at least they were dead. The smell was the worst part honestly.
Pool and hot tub were covered in bugs floating on the surface. Hot tub water never got warm, freezing cold only. When reported to front desk, staff said they didnt know what to do about it. Sink in the room was backed up. The bed slept horribly; very hard on my back. Overall poor stay.
