Hampton Inn & Suites McAlester

The hotel is clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable and a decent size for everything we needed. The inclusion of a coffee machine was appreciated. We loved the pool and the hot tub. However, we were disappointed to find that the sauna was not working. Please fix it! The breakfast is acceptable by American standards: it includes oatmeal, eggs, bread, and even some gluten-free (GF) options. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

Be careful with the water in the room: if you are not a HH silver or above - you'll have to pay $1 per bottle.

It is one of the nicer Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Looks like it has been re-furbished. It was very clean and well run with a friendly staff. It is a little pricey for the area, but worth it. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The fitness room does need some updating!!

So far, I’ve had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything is very clean, and the staff are truly exceptional. I especially want to mention the gentleman at the front desk, unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. There were complimentary cookies available earlier in the evening, but I missed them. When I returned from dinner, he made sure there were some fresh ones set aside for me. They were warm, delicious, and such a thoughtful touch. As someone traveling for work, it meant a lot to feel that kind of care. That small gesture really made my day and put a big smile on my face. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Best breakfast around hands down in the 15 states I have visited this year. Wonderful staff and clean rooms.

Staff was great, comfortable beds, clean room.

I stay here every few years for a work trip and I have to say it’s improved every time. The rooms have been updated in a clean, comfortable, contemporary way. Beds are comfortable and furnishings are thoughtfully appointed. Bathroom was clean and upgraded. Parking is open and well lit. The breakfast was well stocked with lots of options, including gluten free options. The elevators were very busy with the cleaning staff in the AM, but everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.

Location!! Loved the seating area, we had a lot of families staying at the hotel to attend a funeral so we had a great place to gather! We checked out without having breakfast so sorry I can’t rate breakfast.

There was nothing to not like.

Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Beds were comfy. Hotel staff very accommodating and friendly.
