"the worst hotel experience we have ever had"

They gave us someone elses room and we walked in on other guests who yelled at us at midnight... then waited an hour before they found another room to discover it had 1 bed (size double) for 3 people....the room i booked had 2 queen beds. Very Bad overall. Not enough towels in the room either

The location and the staff were welcoming.

The mattress needs to be replaced it’s dirty there were even some fake eyelashes found in the mattress. The housekeeping staff needs to do a better job making sure the room is clean.
