Bruit, salle de bain inondée après une douche, ventilation non fonctionnelle, accueil déplorable, chauffage ne fonctionne pas non plus, ascenseur pas aux normes. (étiquette arrachée pour ne pas monter la date du dernier l'entretien, le wc qui coule en derrière la cuvette, ...
