全部良いですが、チェックアウトが12:00なのはサイコーです。

やはり少しだけ高い、日本人にとっては

施設が全体的に清潔に感じた事、 スタッフの対応が他のホテルと違い、良かったと感じた事

宿泊費と食事の質が合っていないと感じた事、 仕方がない事だと思うが、サービス全般に外国人ファースト過ぎると感じた事、 施設内で時間を潰すアミューズメント的なものが無さすぎると感じた

朝食に行ったら、多くの方が朝食前のフロアで立たされて待っていた。私たちも、待たされた。 混むとわかっていたのだから、最初から7時、7時半、8時など、前日に朝食に行く時間を分けて確認・申告できていたら、少なくとも朝食場所前のフロアに立って待たされることはなかったと思う。

食事がとても美味しくて良かった。 温泉が色々体験でき良かった

鍵が開けにくい

The room and bathroom were spacious. I especially loved the breakfast! There was also a karaoke room we used twice during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view out the window was also beautiful. Perfect for people wanting a restful getaway from the city. We were also able to send luggage here from our previous hotel and forward it to our next hotel which was very convenient.

The location was not ideal. A free shuttle to and from the station was available, but reservation info was unclear. To my understanding, a reservation wasn't needed except for really early or late hours, but when we first arrived at Takayama station, the shuttle wasn't there so we just ended up taking a taxi. It was also unclear whether the shuttle was only available for people checking in and checking out. During our stay, we just ended up taking a taxi as well. We did use the shuttle to leave after check-out though, which worked out great.

温泉がたくさんあり、気持ちいい 駅やお店が近くに無くてゆっくりすごせるところ 朝食がバラエティがあって味も美味しいところ

フロントの方が少し冷たい印象

卓球ができた 謎解きゲームができた

売店のお酒試し飲みが売店閉まっても使えると嬉しい セルフになるとか。。

お風呂が良かった。

特に無かったです。
