Affordable Suites Fredericksburg

Our stay was quite pleasing, the Front desk was so very accommodating and helpful. The unit was clean, had everything available as listed. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Walmart is just across the street. Great area. Quite much traffic as a University and other business places are close by.

Excellent place to stay ! Quite, great service and very clean . Vicki was outstanding and so helpful . Pet and kid friendly . Love this place . Recommend to all !! :)

My friends and I were just so pleased with this place. We did not need a pricey hotel when we were going to be on the go the entire time. It was terrific having a kitchen and being able to have our own breakfasts every morning. There was also plenty of room and we loved the fact that there was DVD player so that we could enjoy our own movies. We will come again.

No frills, clean, comfortable,quiet room which is all we were looking for

The room was very dated and the bathroom was not clean. I was surprised to see there was no hairdryer provided. When interacting with the front desk, I found that the person was rude and not very accomodating.

There is a Wal-Mart 3 minutes walking distance

The glass for the microwave door was completely gone. I didn’t feel safe using it. Although the room was none smoking it smelled bad. I’d venture to guess it’s from the amount of people smoking outside. The ash trays were full of cigarette butts. Pretty gross. This is geared to long term stays. Seems like there were several people who live there on a permanent basis. JMHO

Second year staying here and it’s nice and affordable. No complaints, friendly staff, check in. Good experience and will stay again.
