Brooklands Hotel

Rather underwhelming. Slow check-in. No upgrades, or mention of our "bid" for one (they sent an email earlier in the week saying offer a price for an upgrade) No water in room. Terrible bed, so bouncy was like sleeping on a trampoline. £20 charge for parking. Spa only available if you booked a slot. Good location for visiting Brooklands museum or Mercedes Benz world, but if you're not then there are better hotels in the area.

Great stay. Shall come again.

Enjoying the stay BUT at dinner the starter plates was being picked up as main meal was delivered . Not good The waitress ( on table ) was wonderful in sorting out the issues Also the obsession telling people how long they have the table for is not inviting and would put some off returning . Breakfast was the same but I highlite the service of the staff

Overall we enjoyed our stay. At bit disappointed that when I used my hotels.com voucher it only gave me the option for room whereas if I had booked with Brooklands Hotel directly I could have booked a package. I therefore had to book for two to use the SPA which was the whole point of me booking. The SPA was very busy and I personally felt they let too many people in at once. We booked from 4-7pm but only managed to get into the hot tub at 6.30pm. There are signs saying do not stay for longer than 20 minutes but I'm sure people stayed longer. Maybe they need to introduce a booking system for the hot tub. Great stay but I feel the SPA should be automatically included and not have to be booked seperately! Staff very attentive and professional.

Nina was very pleasant and engaging with our 7 year old she very much made him welcome. Great location for petrol heads that want to go to the museums on site.

Bed was very soft and comfortable
