Tsix5 Hotel

Deceptive marketing and very poor communication skills and lackluster service. I left the hotel feeling cheated and won't be fooled again.

Rooms and key cards were well prepared to welcome our arrival. Concierge was attentive and alert. Good comfort.

海にも近く、安全な場所にあり スタッフも親切なので安心して泊まることができると思います。 壁が薄く、廊下の声が響いてきます。 また観光地なので、夜中でもバスが頻繁に通る為、道路側の部屋だとうるさいと思います。

A boutique hotel is with nice decoration, comfy beds, big room size and fair speed Wi-Fi connection in room. The swimming pool is small. It is a quiet place and quite far way to the town. The only matter was that we got communication problem with their staff. Although they can't speak English very well, they listened us patiently and try their very best to reply us in simple English words. Power supply and TV connection were not stable after several lightening and thunderstorm. Also, this was the fist time to experience of short-circuit in Thai’ hotels on our Day 1 during the bed time (00am-4am). The first 3 times resumed normal very quickly. But we jumped out of the room and reported to reception when the forth times, whereas no air-condition and room light last for 20 mins. on our floor. While my sister stayed at different floor with no issue. *** Remark: It takes about 10 mins. walking to the main street from Hotel (Direction : Face to Hotel entrance and go alone the right hand side way to main street). Then you can take Songtaew (local public transport) from North Pattaya ~ Naklua Road to South Pattaya Beach Road. It cost THB 10 per each person. (Direction: At the intersection, cars go toward to south at the right ~Landmark: 7-Eleven's direction, cars toward to north at the left~Landmark: Pharmacy's direction)

Very nice hotel with very nice ambience..... even their staff is well trained and very friendly + helping. This is best for people who want peace at nice or early morning. Far from the traffic and rush area. Whenever, me and my wife going to pattaya again Tsix5 will be the place to stay.

It's a good impression.
