The quiet natural setting.

I recently stayed at Bamboo Valley Inn, and while I had high hopes based on its charming description, my experience fell short in several areas. First, I was disappointed to find that the claim of “breakfast included” was misleading. Upon arrival, I learned that no breakfast was provided, which was a significant letdown, especially since I had planned my mornings around enjoying a meal at the inn. This lack of transparency regarding amenities needs to be addressed. Additionally, I encountered a tray in living room meant for snacks, but it was filled with expired items, including bars and half-and-half milk, raising concerns about food safety and indicating a lack of attention to detail. Expired on 2023? February 2024? Another inconvenience was the absence of phone connectivity on the property; only Wi-Fi was available. While some guests may prefer to disconnect, it was frustrating to be unable to make calls or access cellular data when needed, which could be problematic for navigation or emergencies. While the setting of Bamboo Valley Inn is beautiful and the ambiance lovely, these issues significantly detracted from my overall experience. I believe that with better communication regarding amenities and improved attention to food safety and connectivity, this inn could truly shine. For now, I advise potential guests to be aware of these shortcomings before booking their stay.

It felt like home, everything is so organized and we had there everything we wanted, cooking tools, towels and beach towels, chairs and boogies, outdoor shower to clean after the beach. Its a private spot surrounded by nature. Very recommended 🫶🏼

Everything was perfect

Lanai was fabulous - spent every night out there looking at the stars and listening to the rain. The the “grand room” was really nice too. Loved the “rain forest” atmosphere. Tom was always responsive to my questions and was great to have coolers and beach chairs available for us to use.

Wow, Maui!!!! Rainbow Village Inn a perfect retreat. Beautiful scenery. Home cooking in the kitchen may be a challenge to those not experienced in adaptability. I used the large electric frying pan to cook as no hob. I like that. I cooked pancakes, sausages, eggs, steak, stir fry, and anything else that came to my mind but cakes didn't work. Restaurants in Paia OK but a little enterprise meant we booked for one eel and stayed three!

The drive way. Ah, thank goodness we arrived in the light, highly recommended. 1444 is the numbering on the road - opposite the flags, the chipping track bends and goes down steeply with a few 'pot holes' that can easily be filled with more gravel or a pipe and gravel if it is the rainwater that washes the track away. The washing machine and Tumble dryer were a bonus and kept us up to date with washing our carry on bag travelling light bags. The deck chairs and surf boards were a great bonus. Thank you
