"Za te pieniądze nie warto"

Lokalizacja hotelu jest OK. W zasięgu spaceru Stare Miasto i inne atrakcje. Komunikacja miejska pod samym nosem. Obsługa pomocna i dostępna, jak była potrzebna.

Przez 4 dni pobytu ani jednego sprzątania. Nie wymagam zmiany pościeli, czy ręczników w tak krótkim pobycie, ale nikt nawet nie odebrał śmieci, ani nie wskazał miejsca na ich wyrzucenie. Papier toaletowy też wyliczony. Śniadania świeże, ale wybór raczej niewielki. Przy czwartym śniadaniu już to doskwiera. Jeden działający ekspresy był bardzo wąskim gardłem. Jedna winda na tak duży hotel, gdzie gros gości mieszka na piętrach 3-5 to też demotywator do powrotu. Generalnie stosunek ceny do jakości wypada w moim odczuciu słabo.

Super lokalizacja, czysta łazienka, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, zarówno na recepcji jak i na śniadaniach.

Widać lekki upływ czasu, śniadania mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone.

Po remoncie wnętrza są schludne i nowoczesne. Winda nowa jest szybka i nie trzeszczy. Byłam w Polonii dwa razy w latach 2013 i 2017. Mam porównanie.

Brak kawy oraz łyżeczki w pokoju.
