"personnel a l'écoute des clients"

Trouvé difficilement car ce n'est pas la bonne adresse qui est affichée sur le site. Mais une fois appelés, ils ont pu me guider très facilement. Hôtel totalement perdu dans la forêt, très agréable.

"rapport qualité prix décevant"

Douche ultra basse. Parking lugubre. Dommage le passage par l'extérieur pour accéder à la piscine. Petit dej bien mais vraiment sans plus. L'extérieur de l'hôtel est merveilleux lorsque il y a de la neige. Chambre bof. Au final je trouve juste que le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon, surtout pas rapport à d’autres 4* dans la région.

Piscine accessible par l'extérieur.Obligation donc de descendre "habillé". Chambre assez petite.Pas de café à dispo dans la chambre.Vue en extérieure limitée par le temps(on ne peut pas le commander)mais surtout gachée par un gros pylone électrique. Sinon,tout le reste correspond à un 4*.

Joli hôtel au milieu de la forêt dans un cadre superbe. Propre et personnel agréable. Excellent séjour. Seul point négatif les chambres du bas mal insonorisées (on entend les voisins de dessus) et le lit peut être un peu trop dur.

Hôtel sympa, bon accueil et petit déjeuner copieux. La piscine était trop froide et le SPA ne mérite pas les 15 e demandé !

schönes,im Wald gelegene,naturverbundenes Hotel mit zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten Restaurant hochpreisig, bei entsprechend guter Qualität Gastronomiepersonal (bis auf eine Ausnahme) extrem unfreundlich obwohl in Grenznähe gelegen, kein Wort Deutsch sprechend Speisekarte wird nicht erklärt an der Rezeption eine deutschsprechende (zumindest bemüht) ältere Dame

"Au calme"

Un peu déçu au niveau de la chambre, notamment des petits détails de finition, qui correspondrait plus à un 3 étoiles. Sinon on y dort très bien car la literie est très confortable et surtout c'est très calme. Au niveau du restaurant, les plats sont excellents et le service est impeccable, le tout accompagné d'une bonne carte des vins. Le seul point négatif: le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles.
