keine Pool- und Strandhandtücher! Sehr ärgerlich! Wer keine im Flieger mitgebracht hat muss sie kaufen (9-12€/Stk) oder für 2€/Stück/Tag mieten (Diese kann man dann tauschen aber nur weit abseits bei der Rezeption!) - Unmengen Moskitos aber keine Stecker oder Gitter dagegen - Öffentliche Sanitäreinrichtungen am Pool und Strand miserabel.

Personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable Petit dej et repas midi correct mais pas de fine cuisine Espace wellness très cosy, hyper agréable ! 2 très grandes piscines dont une adult only Soirée dégustation/petit marché le samedi soir très chouette Accès à la plage privée Espace de stockage des valises pour arrivée early ou départ tardif.

Obligation de prendre 2 chambres pour 3 personnes alors qu il y avait dans les chambres 1 lit de 2 personnes et 2 lits d une personne. Buffet très bas de gamme au niveau de la qualité des produits surtout le soir (pas envie de se resservir) Pression de l eau et alternance chaud froid catastrophique pour la douche de la chambre Drap de piscine à louer Transat sur terrasse de la chambre complètement cassés, on passe à travers si on s installe (même un petit poids passe au travers) Lit très dur et pas de couette (uniquement des draps) Plage privée de cailloux (prendre absolument des chaussures d eau si pieds sensibles).

Delicious breakfast, beautiful pool, nice beach, good lunch and dinner, friendly staff, kids had a GREAT time!

We arrived a day or two before the resort fully opened (which we knew), but things were quite disorganized- posted signs were inaccurate; we were given an outdated info sheet with the wrong WIFI password; zero information was really given besides “download the app,” which also was kwrong. The spa page of the app didn’t work, the rental prices were wrong (€15/hour advertised for SUP rental, was charged €20). The rooms and sports facilities could use a facelift. Additionally, it’s a pool and beach resort, but you must rent the towels rather than a towel service being provided at the beach/pool. The staff failed to mention this at check in and the only location from which to rent towels is the reception, which was a big hike from the beach or pool.

Posizione splendida

Pulizia camere pessima,in una settimana nn hanno mai pulito il pavimento della camera,dovevo richiedere continuamente Carta igienica e salviette pulite. Il cibo era sempre freddo e insipido Disorganizzati nelle partenze in quanto se devo lasciare la struttura alle 18 nn puoi nn lasciarmi senza camera dalle 10 della mattina .Ho dovuto fare dormire il bambino su un divano nell'ingresso e lavarmi insieme ad altre persone in docce usate da chiunque e vestirmi in mezzo ad altre persone...imbarazzante! Spendo però una grande complimento ai ragazzi del Fulmyclub ,davvero carini e coinvolgenti. Nn credo tornerò più ad un Falkensteiner. Ahhh dimenticavo.essendo in Calabria avrei voluto almeno una sera gustare piatti tipici della cucina Calabra... macché!

Tutto ..le piscine ed il servizio tutti cortesi ed Educati!Pulizia ed ordine in tutti gli ambienti specialmente il giardino.

Non aver potuto usare la SPA...hanno un servizio particolare che non coincide con il mio essere!Non ti fanno usare i costumi ma solo un telo!Non so il motivo!🫣
