Helpful staff and good cleaners with attention to detail.

To many restrictions around the pool area regarding smoking in an outside environment. Not enough umbrella's for the amount of sunbeds.

Location was great apartment was clean tidy and hotel staff were all lovely. We will definitely come back xx

Only thing I could say is that the rooms never had an iron or hairdryer but they do provide them for free with just a refundable deposit. So it’s not really a negative

El personal de recepción fue muy atento.

Estaba sucio, la mesa del salón estaba pegajosa, las camas incómodas, colchones muy gastados. El sofá cama que ofrecen como una cama más no quedaba colchón y al abrirlo tenía pelusas gigantes.

We arrived on Monday and Tuesday morning when I went to have a shower, the shower head missed my head by centimeters with the sheer force of the water pressure and fell on the floor. . We couldn't lock the patio door on the right side but the most disturbing thing that happened that morning was a suspicious looking object between the unit behind the bed . It looked like a condon that was there for a period of time which I found disgusting. I told the staff at the desk and showed the female receptionist the photo of this object and she apologised. Shortly later all the above were fixed and I would have left it at that. On Thursday housekeeping staff arrived to clean the room etc and left me with a shocking card just inside the door to activate the lights etc. The card read as follows CUNT MEMBERSHIP CLUB LIFETIME MEMBER. Card no 4928 2864 0522 1006. I can provide u photos of said card. If u r wondering why I didn't report this to the reception to be quite honest , I was afraid to do so. I am an elderly lady of 71 years and felt intimidated and afraid of what other surprises would have been in store for me had I reported same. I was with my daughter and 3 year old grandson so I didn't was any repercussions over same. I am shocked and very upset about the whole situation and intend to get legal advice on same. I am in receipt of the Irish state pension and I saved real hard all year for this holiday only to be treated appallingly at this stage in my life. The Lavant club in general is dirty, I can provide u with other photos of our room with dirty walls, floor and the general state of the site. Also the elevator was broken on Friday night but was fixed a few hours later. On another day of the same week my daughter had to negotiate 2 flights of stairs with a 3 year old and a buggy. I really feel that this club not suitable for families as most of the entertainment etc was more suited for the party crowd aged between 19 an 40ish . On your

Muy cerca de la playa. Terraza grande.

Mucho ruido por los turistas que se alojan en la zona. El apartamento nada limpio y olía mal. La nevera no tenía congelador y no funcionaba bien, aunque conseguimos que enfriara un poquito más. Uno de los mandos del aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía bastante ruido. La puerta del baño totalmente hinchada.
