"Value for money excellent stay"

Manager/reception guy was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was spotless and everything worked. Didn't use the pools but the people that were looked to be enjoying the facilities.

Location was very good. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Room was new, shower was great and we enjoyed our stay.

"Manager was an Hilarious angry little man."

The wardrobe. Check in

Shower flooded the floor into the hallway. Every time. 'Cocktails' by the pool were an absolute joke. Price wise and content. The Manager, he was an utter clown. Asked us to turn music down at poolside, which we did. He then proceeded to try and be aggressive and threaten us with "if you want to play, the we can play" . Did he want to fight us? Certainly tried to intimidate us . Absolute bang out of order. We all thought he was hilarious as did everyone around the pool. Clearly nervous and not fit for purpose. The bloke was a clown and treats HIS guests like he has clearly been treated elsewhere...probably due to his feeble attitude. I will report his nervous and aggressive attitude to the Hotel Group.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. The apartment was super clean and was cleaned again during our stay. 24 hour reception service.

The safe didn't work, however they did try to resolve
