Location, atmosphere, amazing garden at the back.

All worked well, staff is both kind and helpful and makes you feel at home, there is a 'family-like' atmosphere, also because the hotel is relatively small - boutique-like. Very central location with only a few minutes walk to main tourist spots and tram stops. At the same time quiet due to its location slightly withdrawn from a main shopping street. Hotel has a pretty and likewise peaceful court yard for breakfast or a drink in the afternoon. What's not to like.

Large room with character. In the pedestrian area but up a close so a hidden charm. Close to museums and very close to pavement cafes and bars. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Courtyard bar was good as was bar service outside.

Only one armchair which wasn't very comfortable. There was enough space for 2 comfy chairs. The wardrobe didn't have enough shelves or coat hangers.

Apartamento grande dividido em 2 ambientes, café da manhã excelente, ótima localização, funcionários muito atenciosos. Hotel próximo a restaurantes, cafés, bares e aos locais turísticos. Perfeito.

Great location and good breakfast.

Sometimes too noisy at night from people outside hotel interrupting my sleep.

Lovely breakfast, location in Lower Town very close to main attractions, walking distance to most things. Loved the history of the old hotel which is completely refurbished but maintains its history. The courtyard in back was lovely for drinks and breakfast. Many shops nearby if that is your interest and street car is right outside the door. Reception staff were very helpful.
