das Interieur, die Organisation, die Musik im Hintergrund,

das mir beim Einchecken gesagt wurde, ich hätte kein Frühstück gebucht. Ich wollte dann am 1.6. gleich noch frühstücken, was nicht möglich war, weil lt. Rezeption schon alles weggeräumt wurde. Da ich am 3.6. schon vor 6h auschecken musste, buchte ich nur einmal Frühstück. Verrechnet wurde 2X Breakfast (für 1. und 2.Juni) - Die Rechnung wurde mir erst später zugesandt, deshalb bezahlte ich vor Ort zu viel. Auf zwei Emails bekam ich bisher keine Antwort! Ich warte auf Antwort und auf entsprechende Rückbuchung. Der Außenbereich wurde von Rauchern vereinnahmt. Neben üblen Gerüchen waren in den schönen Lounge-Möbeln Brandlöcher, die rochen nach kaltem Rauch…

Super Lage, direkt neben der U-Bahnstation. Super Frühstück! Nettes Personal, vorallem die nette Dame beim Frühstück mit der Tischzuteilung!

Leider hatten Sie in der Zeit Personalmangel an der Bar. Somit war der Service etwas eingeschränkt und es gab am letzten Abend etwas Probleme mit den Getränken. (Längere Wartezeiten und kein Tischservice)
