Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 4 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

Lugar lindo e muito organizado, bom atendimento por parte dos colaboradores que são bem simpaticos. Café da manhã impecavel. Infelizmente, a vizinhança é um pouco barulhenta, o que dá a impressão que o barulho está dentro dos quartos. No mais, maravilhoso.

Pousada próxima ao centro, quarto espaçoso com cama boa. Destaque negativo para o café, no primeiro dia havia muita gente para comer e pouca para atender, os pedidos não saiam certos pois as funcionárias se desdobravam. A reposição dos itens falhou nos 2 dias e ainda faltava mais de 1 hora pra finalizar.

Preços fora do padrão para drinks no bar, chuveiro não funcionava a água quente, porém pagamos pelo serviço e mesmo pedindo alguma compensação, não há sentimento de valorização do hóspede! Alguns funcionários extremamente mal educados a ponto de ser grossos e desligar na cara do cliente mais de uma vez!

Uma pousada com nível de excelência! A começar pelo os recepcionistas, com excelente café da manhã em contato com a natureza exuberante. Tem estacionamento próprio, serviço bar na piscina, quanto aconchegante. Uma pousada que é embelezada com arte, natureza... Enfim... Uma atmosfera maravilhosa, com opções de chalés para família e quarto para casais. Perto da avenida principal. Os funcionários merecem destaque na minha estada! Um aumento de salário é bem vindo como forma de reconhecimento. Recomendadossímo!
