Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 4 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

"Excelente estadia!"

A estadia na pousada foi maravilhosa. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Quarto muito confortável, cama grande, varanda legal para curtir o ambiente. Sem falar que a pousada tem um ambiente bem acolhedor em meio a natureza. O café da manhã é muito variado e bem servido. Levei meu pet, e ele também foi bem tratado por todos e pôde frequentar todos os ambientes. A localização também merece destaque, pois fica próximo a rua principal e a restaurantes.

"a challenge"

When we arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation in the system . I had quite a challenge to get hold of Hotels.com for assistance . Mailed confirmation of bookings need to be in the local language. Once checked in the room did not have water . The new room did not have hot water . The hotel is fantastic and we hope to get hot water today

O hotel é muito arborizado, a equipe do café da manhã é um xodó. Super simpáticos e solícitos. Meu único ponto foi a cobrança do consumo de bebida própria na área da piscina. Não sou de acordo.

Pousada muito bonita, aconchegante e limpa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso! A localização permite ir andando para o centro de Pipa. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e cordiais, exceto o recepcionista que estava de plantao no meu checkin. Ele era muito ríspido, parecendo que estava ali por obrigação. Porem nao tira o brilho da pousada, onde certamente voltarei.

Foi muito bom ficar hospedado, pedi um serviço a parte para fazer uma surpresa a minha esposa e deu super certo, com espumante, flores e frutas. o atendimento é otimo, apesar do hotel ficar próximo ao centro mas é super calmo e tranquilo, o café da manhã é muito bom. no geral muito bom para ir para relaxar ou curtir.

Poderia ser nota máxima, mas infelizmente tive o desprazer de pegar um quarto com defeito no ar-condicionado, tentaram ajeitar mas não conseguiram e por todos os quartos estarem lotados tive que dormir com um ventilador na primeira noite, e mesmo assim estava muito quente, fora isso o hotel em si é muito bom, com estacionamento grande, bom café da manhã e bom atendimento.
