Munay Wasi Inn Hotel

The hotel service was very good; the staff appeared attentive, courteous and helpful. The room, bed and bathroom were comfy, neat and clean. The location is convenient and close to the center of Plaza de Armas.

Staff was very friendly and helped us with our lack of Spanish speaking ability. The only negative thing was there is not an elevator to get to the room but the staff assisted in getting our bags up stairs.

The staff was very accommodating. Great location to historic center. Staff speaks good english. The continental breakfasts were as good as any restaurant. Dinner was exceptional.

Excellent hotel in central Cusco. Friendly staff who go out of their way to assist with all kinds of questions. This is a good spot both for business travellers and tourists.

Pros- Great location area and staff. Very clean. Cons- noisy due to glass room frontage, can hear the front desk at night and the night door bell when people stumble in. Woke me up a few times every night. Breakfast finishes at 9am. How water temperature fluctuates. No windows for fresh air.

I stayed here with my dad and brother and we were able to get one room with three twin beds in it, which was perfect for us! The location is about a 7 minute walk from Plaza de Armas so perfect for getting around Cusco. Also, we were staying here before and after our hike to Machu Picchu and were able to leave our extra baggage at the hotel while we were on the hike. Great option for a nice hotel that isn't too expensive!

We stayed for three nights. The recetionist was very helpful for arranging the driver. The room was clean and comfort. Breakfast is also good.
