Met all requirements.

Noise from the neighbouring guests partying loadly outside our room until 12;30 , not our job to quiten them but would have expected them to be asked to keep it quite.

I agreed to change rooms from 3 bed to 2 but wasn’t offered a refund of any kind. TV didn’t work properly Internet was useless One comfortable chair would of been nice

Undercover parking at the door, comfortable bed, split-level air conditioning, Foxtel channels, convenient for overnight stay, easy walking to takeaways

No shower screen, water splashed everywhere

Frightfully expensive given the aged/condition and location. I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Sydney in a room double the size and brand new facilities for less per night Shower recess was a very tight fit if the guest was large, they wouldn’t fit. We are of slight build, so we were ok

Lots of things went wrong. Booking.Com support was great in getting this sorted.

Room I booked not available, tried to send me somewhere else but location didn't suit. Got downgraded to lower spec room, but when i tried to query the price because it was pre-paid they told me not to worry "no more to pay". I wanted a some money back because I got a lower spec room. Took Booking.Com to get this refunded. Got told off for raised a complaint.
