I paid a lot of money for a penthouse. The room I booked was definitely not the one I received. That is definitely not a penthouse flat! I was very disappointed 😞 also at the old furniture 😕 and very old kitchen. What cauterises a four start 😳 guest house ?? They say they will di renovations, but the place has been their fir some time. There are photos of rooms that they promote but are not even there any longer or the deco has changed. I will definitely not book again the at Bar-ti-nique guest house.

The balconies so close to the neighbours as we could hear every word they spoke and they could hear us. At least we all tried to be respectful to each others privacy. When the neighbours doors /windows were open you could hear them talking inside. In the morning, we could hear the staff preparing the breakfast which woke us up, although they were not talking much or loud, only that we were close by. We could also hear the neighbours phone beeping while he was sitting outside early in the morning.

Beautiful Rooms and facilities. Very friendly receptionist. Two things - there were cigarette butts in the ashtray on the Balcony, the small carpets on the floor on either side of the bed was not clean and soap scum of the previous guest was still on the soap rack in the shower. Other than that, beautiful facility.
