Me estafaron, porque ya había reservado con respaldo de mi Visa y cuando llegó mi pareja, le hicieron pagar una nueva reserva , su teléfono se apagó pues venía de viaje y así aturdida le negaron la posibilidad de cargarlo para dar el número de la reserva y ella tuvo que hacer otra reserva y pagar en efectivo, llegó yo de viaje y esa misma noche y me dicen que proceden a cobrar de mi tarjeta Visa la primera reserva así nadie la use, eso fue una trampa sistemática de ek hotel para aprovecharse de los turistas que vienen de otro país a visitar Toledo.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Se encuentra en un entorno con mucho encanto, sin ruidos por las noches. La decoración del edificio te trasporta a otra época. También me encantó la simpatía del personal. El servicio fue súper agradable en todo momento. El desayuno es muy completo. Repetiría.

Estuvimos muy cómodas. Si tengo que poner un ''pero'' sería que había un poco de atasco en la ducha y en el lavabo. El colchón de la cama también se hundía un poco, pero igualmente estuvimos a gusto.
