Location was good. The bed was comfortable

The man in reception was not great, he wanted to help as little as possible, he closed the reception office before the close time, to go drive a taxi, the spa bath shot water everywhere from the tap when turned on, no knives or forks in the room to eat a meal, the soap dispenser in the shower were empty.

Suited my needs, location was in easy walk from the railway station.

The bathroom Floor too slippery No where for soaps and ass in shower

Value for money

Fridge didn’t work, and when you turned the bathroom light on light in the main room flick off then back on

Pleasant staff, convenient, comfortable.

Tea and coffee had not been replenished. By the time I realised it was too late to contact staff.
