Excellent location. Very central. Quite spacious and value for money. It was possible to store our luggage at their office which was a big plus.

Upon booking you are not informed that the address is only for the office and not the actual apartment. Although 5 min away on foot, this could have been included as part of the information. One would be able to view the street prior to booking. The key we were given to us to open the front door leading to the street is the same one used to open the apartment. This is highly inappropriate and unsafe. Others entering the building had direct access to our apartment. Luckily we were only there for 1 night. The lift is not reliable. I got stuck for a couple of minutes. We only had two flight of stairs which wasn't bad, but again be careful! The toilet is very small and you need to be wary as you can easily bump you head with the wall hanging box. Otherwise location is excellent.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is ideal, and the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and helpful. The ambiance was delightful, making my stay truly enjoyable. Simply wonderful in every way.
