Sianji Well-Being Resort

Wonderful hotel for relaxing , good service and very nice and helpful staff. Food was normal.far from center about 30 minutes with expensive taxis. فندق رائع للراحة والعاملين جدا متعاونين الأكل كان عادي. بعيد من المطار بحدود ساعة ومركز المدينة بحدود نصف ساعة والتكاسي جدا غالية الغرفة تحتاج بعض المواد التي عادة تكون في أغلب فنادق الخمس نجوم خاصة الأرواب وادوات المكينة وفرشاة ومعجون الاسنان ولكنها موجوده في ستاند اذا كنت ترغب بها عليك ان تدفع بشكل عام فندق راقي وجميل وبه فقرات ترفيهية جميلة انصح به لمن يريد الراحة والاستجمام

On most travel sites this hotel and spa is listed as 5*, well as someone who has stayed in quite a few 5* hotels, this sadly falls short in many places. First impressions were good, we arrived by private transfer, however, on check-in the person at the desk was less than friendly, not what you expect from 5* or a well being resort. To save space, I will bullet points why i started at a 5 rating and ended up at 3. - Checkin and Checkout, very abrupt staff, no pleasantries. on Check-out just presented with the bill, no enquiry as to whether we had enjoyed our stay or not. - The villa itself was fine, however, be warned; the walls between the villas are very thin, unfortunately our next door neighbours argued alot! into the small hours. The back bedroom has 2 issues, firstly it is on the main corridor which is very long and amplifies the smallest noise, if you are a light sleeper be warned. It overlooks staff quarters and you can see, very clearly into their bedrooms, see them wandering around in underwear and even sleeping in their beds. - The Spa has an international award, my expectations were high, however, the young lady manning reception was very surly, not at all someone who should be the face of a relaxation center. She also managed to get my booking wrong, not that they told me but I can understand Turkish and they had clearly forgotten to make my booking so they were scrambling round trying to find a masseur. She was also about to charge the wrong room.

We had an Eater holiday for a family of 4. The sea view rooms had amazing views & 3 spacious bedrooms with washing machine. Hotel staff were very friendly, weather was good. There were 3 pools indoor and out and our tour guide arranged activities like boat trip, turkish bath and boat trip. Massages also excellent. Food fresh and excellent. Hotel overall is peaceful and tranquil.

However it is not all inclusive resort and you have to pay for launch and dinner, It is best resort we had in Turkey. Very luxury, quiet, few rooms, great sea view

Hotel is luxurious, staff is great but many small maintenance items outstanding in room and facilities. Went in off-season and many services not available or downgraded. While the hotel is really nice you either have to close it in the off-season or operate it to a reasonable standard if you have guests staying there.

Lovely stay at a top hotel.

Although we visited during the off season (outdoor pool and private beach closed), the available facilities and views were outstanding. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Sea views from our balcony were fantastic. A great quiet retreat at this time of year.
